According to our forecasts and analyses, Armenia’s primary real estate market in the first quarter of 2026 demonstrates active and stable growth trends, significantly surpassing the indicators of the same period in the previous year. Based on official data (Cadastre.am) as well as our company’s internal monitoring and projections, it is evident that the market has been operating under conditions of high activity since the very beginning of the year, maintaining momentum and laying a solid foundation for growth throughout 2026.

The recorded and forecasted growth in Q1 2026 indicates that the market is undergoing structural changes. Whereas previously activity was concentrated in the second half of the year, now we observe an earlier start and a more balanced distribution throughout the year.
This trend is driven by several key factors. Real estate continues to be viewed as a reliable tool for capital preservation and investment, boosting demand. At the same time, interest in newly built apartments remains strong. Relative economic stability and accessible financing instruments also contribute to market activity, enabling broader buyer participation. Altogether, these conditions create a predictable and manageable environment with relatively low risks.
From an investment perspective, Armenia’s primary real estate market is currently in a favorable phase: high demand, active transaction flow, and sustained growth trends create opportunities for both short-term profit and long-term capital preservation.

These trends provide grounds to predict that 2026 may become a year of high activity and investment opportunities.
